CNC ENGRAVING

Engraving, in it's simplest form involves machining a layer from the surface of a material to leave a permanent mark e.g. text, numbers or artwork (logo). This can be done on most materials. We stock our own sheets of high quality 316 s/steel, brass, aluminium along with an assortment of different types of coloured traffolyte, gravoply, 2plex and acrylic (perspex).

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving systems are designed to engrave, cut and mark a range of materials and surfaces. One of the main differences between laser engraving and cnc engraving is that it is a non-contact way of engraving so there is no need for clamps or holding devices for delicate or expensive items.

Laser engraving gives intricate and extremely accurate results which would be hard to produce on a rotary engraver especially when engraving very small text and logos etc.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Sublimation printing is a procedure for transferring full colour graphics, text or photographs onto a large selection of items. These include metal, ceramics, mouse mats and much more all of which are specially pre-coated and, therefore, sublimation receptive. All of our items are designed using market leading graphics packages to provide a professional finish.
